Returns and Shipping Policy


We hope you're happy with your order. Is there anything wrong or are you not completely satisfied? We're happy to help.

NB: For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault or defect.

When you can return:
 You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item
  • The product was broken during shipping
  • You have a complaint about the quality of the jewelry

    In such cases, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or Instagram. We'll then work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement pair, store credit, or refund.


What we need:

  1. Your order number and full name
  2. A brief explanation of the problem
  3. A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item

Important to know:

  • Earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn, unless there is demonstrable damage or a product defect.

  • Marked off products or sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • We will only cover return costs in the event of an error on our part.
